Benefiting newly formed Healthy South Jordan Coalition

Things we really need sponsors for:

AWARDS – We need to award 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in all the age groups in both distances as well as the pumpkin carving and costume contests. That will total approximately 90 awards. These usually cost between $2-$3 a piece.

MARKETING MONEY - We will desperately need about 200 11X17 posters to put up and close to 500 race entry forms printed.

POST RACE FOOD - It is traditional to have bagels, fruit and water(hot cocoa would be really good) at the end of the race for the athletes. Most races will budget about $1.50 per athlete for this.

PRIZE DRAWINGS – It is traditional to have prize drawings after the race. We could really use some prizes donated for these drawings. This could be anything from gift certificates to products.

MISCELLANEOUS - Things like directional signs, safety flagging, PA system, outdoor lighting rental, volunteer donation, etc.

Because of the costs of the above mentioned items, we are asking a minimum sponsorship of $100 in cash or in kind items.

What your business will get:
1. Your logo placed on all of the posters and shirts given to the athletes.(provided sponsorship and digital logo is received before printing)
2. Rights to place a promotional item in each of the swag bags given to all of the athletes.
3. Rights to place your company banner at the finish line.
4. Promotion of your company during the finish line feed and at the awards ceremony.
5. Rights to come and personally distribute flyers and information to the spectators at the event.
6. A free race entry for every $100 donated.
7. The knowledge that your support helped to kick start the Healthy South Jordan Coalition which will help promote healthy lifestyles in our communities.
